JRBMS (Railway Building Maintenance & Service Booking) is an Android mobile utility designed and developed by Mohit Makwana to digitize and simplify facility service requests for railway quarters, service buildings, and civil infrastructure maintenance.
The application enables registered occupants and field staff to lodge complaints regarding electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance, attach photo evidence, track real-time technician assignment statuses, and receive instant push notifications upon ticket resolution.
